Console2 is a great little Console for Windows.

To configure keyboard shortcuts to Copy and Paste do the following:
- Open Console2
- menu Edit -> Settings
- Hotkeys / Mouse
- configure the selection and copy actions
Press Assign after each change otherwise it will not take effect
